"A local artist recently purchased His/her first town home in the art district. The customer contacted me for an in home estimate and wanted more options. They were dissatisfied with options that other contractors had suggested so I offered to use the Can Converter Kit assembly and it worked great. The customer couldn't be more happier with the results and the product was fast and easy to install."

"Can light over kitchen sink replaced with converter kit and space saving fan."

"We have just completed a 3 month long total kitchen renovation along with all new lighting, after we completed our project we were a little unhappy with how the recessed lighting appeared over our island and wanted to make a change without having to cut open the drywall ceiling and start all over with the mess. With that said we were watching "this old house" one morning while enjoying our morning coffee as well as enjoying our new kitchen when we saw the advertisement for the "can converter". We immediately started looking for these conversions and happened to find them at our local Lowes home improvement store. With this all said I took on this project today and completed the 2 light conversion project in approx. 1 1/2 hrs. With absolutely no issues at all. Your product is a very friendly / easy to install conversion and I would highly recommend your product to anybody. Thank you for making this so easy and simple to do in which we are now completely satisfied with how our lighting now looks over our new kitchen island."

"Changed two cans to a single pendant light and a three light chandelier. Had to drill into the can for the third hole. Thankfully you included the longer post as the ones supplied with the fixtures were too short.
Didn't even know these existed until I talked to a retired electrician at a Home Depot. You definitely need to either sell in the big box stores or do something else to promote your product. Saved me from learning how to sheet rock. lol..."

"I replaced two can lights in the kitchen of our newly purchased manufactured home and installed pendant lights. I choose the can converter due to limited access overhead to replace the recessed can. The installation instructions and the online video were very helpful and I had no problems with the conversion. In fact I did two light conversions and have convinced my wife to do a third one in our foyer so I will be ordering another kit today."

Didn't know how we were going to mount them .the man at the store told me about the can converter so I got them, best thing going. Look at the video then the installation manual, the install was a breeze and the beveled medallions look great."

"My daughter wanted a ceiling fan in her living room dining room area of her new home. Didn't want to make new holes and run wires all over the ceiling and walls, so I found this delightful and very helpful kit called the Can Converter and converted one of her ceiling canned lights into a ceiling fan. Worked absolutely great and my daughter and her husband were delighted. Thanks for such a helpful product. Did the whole project with the can converter in a little over 2 hours."

"Our home's front entryway was empty and poorly lit, making it an unwelcoming space for anyone to enter our front door. Using The Can Converter, we were easily able to transform the space by adding a chandelier that matched our decor and provided much warmer and friendly lighting."

"Updating the over-the-sink lighting. The can lighting just didn't give me enough lighting and I wanted to incorporate some brushed brass. (The cabinet pulls are on order :). I feel old-world feel of these pendent lights are accentuated by the can trim. Thank you Can Converter for making my project effortless!"

Victorian front Wrap Around Front Porch. I had 6 recessed lights and replaced 3 of them. Every other one with these lights. Pictures don't do it justice.

"Wife and I remodeled our master bathroom. It had standard contractor grade fixtures which included a terrible looking recess can over the tub. I held off on installing he new fixture because I did not want to do the work to remove the can. I stopped at Hill Lighting (Pompano Beach, Fl.) for a ceiling fan downrod and also asked them about the can removal and any brackets they may sell. That is when they told me I did not need it and showed me The Can Converter. The rest of lighting history."

"Replaced 3 kitchen can lighting fixtures with 3 LED pendant lighting fixtures. I used the "Can Converter" because of the optional ceiling plates which another brand did not have that option. I think as you can see, this new lighting enhanced our kitchen cooking area and the rest of the kitchen."

"Updating the lighting fixtures in our kitchen... We found a beautiful trio of two pendant lights and a chandelier at our local Habitat Restore. After hiring a handyman to install them we are now enjoying a beautiful Tuscan inspired kitchen! Thank you for making your product so user friendly and easy to install:-)"

"We were remodeling our half bathroom, it had an old 1980's can light with a compact florescent bulb in it. We wanted to add a little extra "bling" to the bathroom with a pendant light.
I used to work in a lighting store that sells your product but never had the need for one until now. It was the perfect solution to our issue..."

I converted the can light over our kitchen counter to a decorative pendant light. It was much easier than I thought it would be to use The Can Converter!

Ugly can to a cool chandelier !!!
Fast and easy conversion !!
Thomas R.January 4, 2017
After redecorating our bedroom we decided it was time for the old brass spot lights to go. The feather pendant lights required the fixture itself to be converted. Our lighting sales person (Cameron at Seattle Lighting - Bellevue Washington) recommended the R56 Can Converter. Despite being only a little handy with DIY projects, the Can Converter looked easy. Your video really helped me understand what I had to do and the kit worked perfectly. Thank you for helping us put the final touch on our new bedroom!

Using the 5"-6" can converter I changed out this ugly can light to this very cool funky light!!
Very good kit to work with, no problems at all!! Can't wait to use the 3" can converter to hang a cool chandelier over our jetted tub.
Thomas R.January 4, 2017
After researching your company, we used the R56 kit (obtained from local dealer) to convert a 5" potlight to an older style hanging fixture with an industrial look. The kit works great and we are very pleased with the outcome. Will need another kit for the next project (potlight to chandelier on the patio).

I had a 6" recessed can in a small office that did not have any ducting, so it gets hot. I purchased the Can Converter to add a fan for airflow in the space. I needed to rig it a bit, as the fan that I owned did not have a ball, but rather was locked into a bracket. So far so good!
Hugo O.January 4, 2017
Used the Can Conversion kit to change my 6" original (1989) can lights over a counter to a drop light that utilizes LED technology and provides an attractive upgrade to the kitchen look.
Took a while to figure out how to install the conversion, so decided to go online to the YouTube video. Well, DUH! I should have done that first and saved quite a bit of time. Excellent video on installation. Without going back to see if it's in the instructions for installation, it should be highlighted somewhere on there.
Easy to install and a great product!

Replaced two recessed can lights in the master bath - much needed air circulation for room with no windows/vents. Quite simple even with the addition of a wireless remote control for each fan.
Carter S.January 4, 2017
Entry can light just didn't add anything to the foyer. Now my client has a decorative pendant that matches the rest of the house. This converter is higher quality than the last converter kit that I have used.

When our new home was being built in 2014, we decided not to go with pendant lights over our kitchen island because our ceiling was 12 ft and the island was kept at counter height (3 ft). Since moving in during Jan 2015, we found that the ceiling LED cans over-illuminated the kitchen area (even with a dimmer switch) when wanting focused lighting at the counter. We learned that the makers of our dining room chandelier also made companion pendant lights. We were initially planning on buying cheaper kits, but our electrical fixture supplier, who also acquired the pendant lights and needed extensions (Bayside Electrics, Wilmington NC) recommended and ordered for us The Can Converter and we're glad they did! It came with all the necessary parts and the decorative plate which would have been an added expense. Being a fairly decent handyman, I took on the project and was easily able to follow the instructions and completed the project in a few hours (3 converter kits installed, 3 lights assembled and installed.) We now enjoy the ambiance we were looking for and the added detail to our new home. Thanks for being there!

Just wanted to say "great product!" I just got done installing 2 of these this weekend. The product was really robust and not the usual cheap stuff you get now a days. Keep up the good work. Thank you!!!
Andy W.April 11, 2016
Received the 2 can converters and installed them over the weekend. The product works very well and I am very happy with the results. I have been wrestling with this project for the past 5 years wondering how I would change my pot lights to ceiling fans and your product is an excellent solution. Again, thanks!
